Learning the Syzygy model is one thing—integrating it into the complexity of real clinical work is another! Consultation offers a place to slow down, work together, and discover how the model comes alive with the unique clients in your practice.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
As a Syzygy Approved IFS-Informed EMDR Consultant, I can support you in what the model looks like with the clients in your office, not just the clean version you practiced in the workshop. We'll look at where you get stuck, and make sense of the model together.
My consultation style is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in curiosity. My goal isn't simply to help you complete certification requirements—it's to help you develop confidence in your own clinical judgment.
As a Certified IFS Level 2 therapist with over eight years of experience using IFS with trauma clients, I can help you dive into the nuance of how we work with our clients’ complex systems (and our own therapist systems!).

My passion for consultation comes from how important consultation has been in my own experience and practice. The support and guidance I’ve received from the many talented consultants throughout my career have shaped me into the therapist I am today. I love being able to pay that forward by holding space for therapists as they explore their own parts along with their clients.

New Individual Consultation Spots are available for 2026
Individual sessions are a good fit if you want focused, one-on-one time to work through specific cases, integrate IFS and EMDR more fluidly, or make progress toward your certification hours on your own schedule. Individual consultation can also be a place to slow down and get curious about your own therapist parts and how they are showing up in your practice.
$130/hour.
Hours Toward Your Certification
As an EMDRIA Consultant, I can provide the required 20 hours for EMDR Certification and Consultation of Consultation hours for Consultants-in-Training (CIT’s).
As a Syzygy Approved Consultant I can provide the 20 hours of consultation towards the Syzygy IFS-Informed EMDR Therapist (IIE-CT) certification.
I am a Certified IFS Level 2 therapist working towards IFS Consultant status.
