Why choose consultation?
My passion for consultation comes from how important consultation has been in my own experience and practice. The support and guidance I’ve received from the many talented consultants throughout my career have shaped me into the therapist I am today. I love being able to pay that forward by holding space for therapists as they explore their own parts along with their clients.
The learning doesn’t end with the trainings!
I work closely with the Syzygy Institute and regularly assist in IFS-Informed EMDR workshops. (Maybe we’ve even already met in a workshop!) As you process through your experience in the workshops, you may find your clients are more complex and the “scripts” don’t always fit what’s showing up in your office. I’ve been there!
As a Syzygy Approved IFS Informed EMDR Consultant, I can meet you in the real complexity of what these models look like together, not just the clean version you practiced in the workshop. I will help you hone your skills and better understand the Syzygy integration model.
And consultation isn't just about the mechanics, it's about helping you develop the clinical judgment to use these tools well. As an IFS Certified Level 2 therapist with over eight years of experience using IFS with trauma clients, I can help you dive into the nuance of how we work with our clients’ complex systems (and our own!).

New Individual Consultation Spots are available for 2026
Individual sessions are a good fit if you want focused, one-on-one time to work through specific cases, integrate IFS and EMDR more fluidly, or make progress toward your certification hours on your own schedule. Individual consultation can also be a place to slow down and get curious about your own therapist parts and how they are showing up in your practice. - $100/hour.
